the location is fantastic, being right in front of the temple. It was so convenient for me to visit the Sai temple whenever I wanted. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were always willing to help and had a genuine smile on their faces. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel provided extra beds for us. The attention to detail in providing basic amenities like blankets and breakfast was commendable.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Spending Christmas here was a real treat! The location was perfect-within walking distance of the main attraction. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the view from the room, which was breathtaking. And the added bonus of free Wi-Fi was also appreciated.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and the overflowing trash can was a turn-off. although the price was reasonable, we felt that the room could have been a bit larger and better maintained.

Guests can also indulge in a delicious breakfast spread at an additional charge and enjoy the convenience of proximity to various attractions with ease.

Despite its excellent location and hospitable staff, the hotel lacks some basic facilities like hand towels and free tea/coffee sachets.

Although the restaurant was top notch, the surrounding environment was a bit off-putting. the ambiance wasn't great, and the atmosphere could use a little more warmth and better lighting.

The hotel's location right opposite the temple is a major plus. You can easily access the main attractions in Shirdi and it's extremely convenient for those visiting the temple. The staff here are very attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the extra bed, were satisfactory. The breakfast served was also delicious.
